Compose a deletion request email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Account Deletion Request — Syra

Include your account email address
In the body of the email, include the email address linked to your Syra account. This helps us locate and verify your account quickly.

We'll confirm and process your request
Our team will send you a confirmation email within 5 business days. Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Uninstall the app
After receiving confirmation, you can safely uninstall Syra from your device. Your data will be fully removed from our systems — no account will remain.

- Your account credentials (email and password)
- All conversation history with Syra
- Your profile information — name, personality preference, language setting, interests
- All mood logs you have recorded
- All saved memories
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you think you might return, you may simply uninstall the app — your account will remain inactive until you log back in.
